The client:
In a competitive market place, it is often difficult to see good results quickly, especially with ecommerce websites where you are competing with a different type of competitor than those you would normally associate a business with. This client was competing with some experienced and well-known companies in this industry. We needed to focus on their USP.
The problem:
Below is the conversation we had with a client who was looking to improve their brand cohesiveness.
CLIENT:
“Through years of acquiring smaller businesses we have grown to become a leader in the industry but our branding appears fragmented”
US:
Let’s start by creating a new brand that encompasses every element and focuses on the whole solution. We do this using 3 simple steps:
- We will design a whole new brand and brand guidelines.
- We will create a new website that reflects that new brand.
- We will engage in a Cross Sell campaign to tell existing clients about the other departments they currently do not work with.
key Points:
- A whole new Brand and a new Website was created and launched in April 2018.
- The aim was to strengthen the whole brand and Cross Sell from one department to another.
- The project timeline for the campaign was set over an 11 month period.
The Solution:
- Phase 1 – A new Brand was evolved to include all printed and non-printed collateral.
- Phase 2 – A new website was built and launched on 16th April 2018
- Phase 3 – Using SEO, the website, email marketing and Ads we started a X-Sell campaign..
- Phase 4 – M3 are continually improving and refining to convert more and more.
Performance:
- Paid – Paid Ads generated a huge interest, validated further by an impressive click through and then conversion rate.
- ROI – Prequalification ensured that we delivered an ROI of 231.71%
