Every Customer takes their own unique journey to get to their final destination. However, all journeys are very similar in that they start with the stimulus (See) and go through a research or consideration stage (Think) before they buy a product or service (Do).
After they have purchased, it is not uncommon for people to then share this experience. The Ultimate moment of truth (Care).
So in order that we can attract customers in these micro moments we need to understand the customer people themselves (personas) and what space we can find them in whilst they are in the different journey stages.

When people are in the Think stage of the buying process, they are refining their choices and will start with a larger pool of products, services and potential suppliers, and then hone down to find the right one for them.
This isn’t always about price, and the Think, research stage often means that people go away from your website to do some further research. This is where you, as a business, need to consider how you can ensure these visitors do not forget you.

At the Do stage of the buying process, your web visitors are almost ready to buy, and the user experience on your website at this stage is key to ensure they do not move away. They will have researched the product or service, evaluated your online competition, looked at the prices, and the additional value you offer, checked out your online reviews and made sure you can deliver in the required time. They may have also considered aftercare at this stage too. Having a final process that challenges them, could mean the loss of the sale, so reviewing your Analytics at this stage is key.
DO: Willing to or in process of purchasing from you. To attract visitors at this stage, you need:
